Information collected

The property-check form collects the address, suburb, postcode, known lot area, access and slope information, design interest, intended use, budget range, timing, notes, name, phone, email, referral/UTM source, consent time and the notice version accepted.

How it is used

The information is used to record the website enquiry, conduct a preliminary manual review, respond to the enquiry, measure the pilot and decide whether the enquiry should progress. Submission does not automatically create or link a CRM customer or opportunity.

Storage and access

The pilot stores enquiries in the website’s managed database. Access is intended for authorised business users and the secure management-system bridge. Property and contact data are not published on the website.

Automated decisions

The website does not automatically decide that a property is suitable, approved, exempt, quote-ready or eligible for construction.

Retention and requests

A final retention period and verified privacy contact channel will be approved before public launch. Until then the site remains in private acceptance mode and should not be promoted publicly.
