FAQS & GUIDES

Start with the questions that change the decision.

These answers are general information for the pilot service. They are not property-specific planning, building, certification, legal, financial or investment advice.

01Can you tell me online if my property is approved?

No. The online form starts a preliminary review. Zoning, overlays, existing approvals, access, slope, services and the building/certification pathway may all require property-specific checking.

02Is a granny flat the same as a secondary dwelling?

“Granny flat” is the familiar customer term. “Secondary dwelling” is commonly used in planning and building discussions. The exact pathway depends on the property and proposal.

03Why do you ask for my full address?

The address is essential for a meaningful desktop review. We use it to respond to your enquiry; it is not displayed publicly or automatically turned into a CRM customer.

04Will I receive an automatic quote?

No. The pilot does not generate a formal quote. Site conditions, design, approvals, services, selections and scope boundaries need review before pricing can be relied on.

05Do you guarantee rental income or property value?

No. We can discuss the intended use of the home, but we do not promise rent, return, yield or capital growth.

06What area do you service?

The pilot focuses on Brisbane South and Logan. An address outside the pilot area may be recorded as out of area rather than progressed.
